About
He texts you first. Every day.
Remmy is a coach that lives in your messages. No app, no login, nothing to open.
What he actually does
He starts the conversation.
Remmy texts you first, every day, before you have had the chance to talk yourself out of it. You answer him the way you would answer anyone else in that app, which is the entire reason it works.
Send him a photo of your plate or a nutrition label and he does the calories and the macros himself. Tell him you went, and he will ask for a picture. Saying it and doing it are not the same thing, and he knows the difference.
Mostly, he remembers. What you told him in week one still counts in week six, which is why the excuses stop working around the third time you try one.
He is keeping track of all of this
What he is not
Not a chatbot that agrees with you.
A model that tells you what you want to hear is worse than nothing, when the thing you want to hear is that skipping today is fine. He is polite. He is not soft.

I spent the last year building Remmy because I wanted something I couldn't find anywhere else.
I was already using tools like ChatGPT and MyFitnessPal to track my macros and stay on top of my fitness goals. They were useful, but I kept running into the same problem: tracking something isn't the same as having someone hold you accountable for it.
I didn't want another app that gave me numbers, waited for me to open it, or told me what I wanted to hear. I wanted something that remembered my goals, noticed when I was slipping, checked in without being asked, and was honest with me when I needed it.
That's what became Remmy.
Remmy lives where you already spend your time: your messages. Tell him what you're working toward, log your food, ask questions, set your schedule, or just talk to him like you would a gym partner. He remembers the context, keeps track of your progress, and follows up when you start falling off.
There are already enough fitness apps filled with dashboards, graphs, menus, and features most people eventually stop opening. I wanted Remmy to cut through all of that. No complicated app to learn. No noise. Just text him.
I built Remmy for the person who's great at starting but struggles to stay consistent. For the person who's tired of restarting every Monday. For anyone who wants easier calorie tracking, better accountability, and someone in their corner who isn't afraid to call them out.
Remmy isn't here to do the work for you. He's here to make it a lot harder for you to forget why you started.
Give him a shot. Tell him what you're trying to accomplish, and start from there.

Beginner or experienced doesn't matter. Remmy is built for people who want to improve. If you want someone who will always agree with you, let excuses slide, and never call you out, he's the wrong choice.
