Pressure AI is an AI-powered accountability and coaching service. You interact with our AI coach, “Remmy,” by messaging through
your phone’s Messages (iMessage or Google Messages) app. Remmy is software, not a human, and its responses are generated by
artificial intelligence.

How you Start and Consent

We do not message you out of nowhere - you start the conversation:

- On mobile and Mac, you tap “Get Started,” which opens your Messages app with a pre-filled message addressed to our number.
You choose to send it.
- On desktop, you scan a QR code, which opens Messages on your phone the same way.

The text shown with the “Get Started” button states that by pressing it you agree to our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy.

as part of the Service - including AI coaching replies, proactive check-ins, reminders you ask for, and service updates. Message frequency

- Information you share in conversation - your name, goals, obstacles, schedule, and anything else you tell Remmy, which may include
fitness, health, body, and lifestyle information.
- Photos and media you send (for example, gym check-in photos or food/nutrition labels) and AI-generated descriptions of them.
- Activity you generate through the Service, such as workout check-ins, streaks, and food/calorie logs.
- Payment information when you subscribe, which is processed by our third-party payment provider (we do not store your full card details).
- Basic website usage data, such as browser type and pages visited.

By choosing to share fitness, health, or body-related information with Remmy, you consent to our processing it to provide the coaching Service.
